Job Title: HIPAA-Compliant E-Commerce WooCommerce Architect & AI Automation Specialist (DME/Medical) Job Description: I am looking for a senior-level specialist to overhaul the infrastructure, compliance, and automation of my medical supply e-commerce store (Leader Medical Supplies). This is a multifaceted project requiring a professional who understands the intersection of HIPAA security, WooCommerce performance, and Google Workspace AI automation. The Scope of Work: HIPAA-Compliant E-commerce Infrastructure: Hardening our WooCommerce/Hostinger environment to meet HIPAA standards. Ensuring BAA compliance for all plugins, hosting, and data handling. Implementing secure patient data intake and CRM integration. Performance & Growth: Optimizing site speed and SEO to drive high-quality traffic. Configuring Google Ads/Meta tracking that is compliant (avoiding PHI leakage into marketing pixels). AI-Driven Automation (Google Workspace/Gemini Ultra): Building automated workflows using Google Workspace and Gemini Ultra to handle social media content creation and lead routing. Connecting AI agents to my e-commerce data to assist in customer inquiry management and lead generation across my five business entities. Requirements: Deep Compliance Knowledge: You must have documented experience with HIPAA/HITECH in a WordPress/WooCommerce environment. Google Workspace/AI Expertise: Proven experience building automations using Google Workspace APIs, Gemini Ultra, and middleware (Make/n8n/Zapier). Systems Thinking: I operate five businesses; I need modular systems that can be replicated, not one-off scripts. Technical Documentation: You are expected to provide system maps/diagrams for all automations and security configurations.
