AI-Powered Marketing Assistant — Research, Tasks & Execution

We run a multi-brand digital marketing operation and need a sharp, self-directed assistant who can take a task, research it using AI tools, figure out the best path forward, and execute it — with minimal hand-holding. This role is for someone who is resourceful, adaptive, and gets things done. What you'll handle: Receive tasks (sometimes vague, sometimes detailed) and use AI tools to research, structure, and complete them correctly Figure things out independently before asking — you research first, then come with a solution or a question that moves things forward Meticulous execution work: data entry, list building, formatting, file organization, updating systems accurately and consistently Light technical tasks: updating tools, copy-pasting across platforms, following technical SOPs, troubleshooting small issues using research Documentation: turn processes, notes, or instructions into clean SOPs and checklists Support across platforms including ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Canva, and others — you don't need to know them all upfront, but you learn fast You are: Someone who reaches for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) as a first instinct to research, solve, and accelerate — not as a last resort Detail-oriented and precise — when you do data entry or follow instructions, accuracy matters more than speed Adaptive — each week may bring different tasks and new tools; you figure it out A self-starter who closes loops, follows up, and flags issues without being chased Growing — you're always picking up new tools, skills, and workflows Nice to have: Familiarity with ClickUp, GoHighLevel, or any CRM Experience with Canva or social media tools Any background in marketing, content, or agency work To apply, answer briefly: Describe a time you were given a task you didn't fully know how to do — how did you research and figure it out?
