Part-Time PHP Developer + Support

We're a SaaS company looking for a reliable part-time developer to join us on an ongoing basis — this is a long-term role, not a one-off project. What you'll do: Build and maintain features across our PHP/MySQL web application Work with our AWS infrastructure (hosting, deployments, basic troubleshooting) Handle Tier 1/2 help desk and support tickets — diagnosing user issues, fixing bugs, answering technical questions Collaborate with our team on improvements and fixes as they come up What we're looking for: Solid PHP and MySQL experience Comfortable working in AWS Experience supporting a live SaaS product Good written English and a customer-friendly approach for support work Self-directed, dependable, and responsive during agreed hours Details: 1099 contractor, ongoing/long-term — we want someone who grows with us 30 hours per week Must be available during Eastern Time business hours, primarily working between 8am – 6pm ET To apply, tell us briefly about a SaaS app you've supported or built, and your experience juggling development work alongside support tickets.
