Ai Automation Expert for US company

We’re looking for an AI Automation Expert to join our US entity and help us build internal automation solutions for a large company. This is not a “play with ChatGPT” role. We’re looking for someone who can understand real business processes, find where AI can actually save time, and turn those ideas into working, reliable automations. You’ll be working on internal workflows: operations, data processing, communication flows, document handling, reporting, and other repetitive business processes that can be improved with AI. What you’ll do You’ll help us design and build AI-powered automations that are useful in real business operations. This may include: analyzing existing internal workflows and finding automation opportunities; building AI agents, AI assistants, or automation flows; integrating tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, and internal systems; working with APIs and structured data; building workflows for document processing, summarization, classification, routing, data extraction, and reporting; testing and improving automations so they are stable, accurate, and easy to maintain; working closely with our team and the client’s stakeholders. What we’re looking for We need someone who has hands-on experience with AI automation and can think beyond prompts. You should be comfortable with at least some of the following: OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs; AI agents and tool-based workflows; n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, or similar automation platforms; API integrations; Python or JavaScript / TypeScript; document parsing, PDF processing, OCR, or data extraction; RAG, vector databases, knowledge bases; workflow automation for business operations.
