Laravel/PHP Developer to Audit Marty Marketplace Script for Stripe Connect and vendor shipping

Summary

I am not looking to start development immediately. I need a technical audit first to decide whether to customize Marty Marketplace or migrate to a more suitable platform. I am looking for answers to the following questions to decide what my workflow will be: 1. Can vendors set their own shipping weights, rates and rules. 2. Can stripe connect be integrated properly? 3. Can orders be split by vendor? 4. Can payouts be automated? 5. What parts of the code are hard-coded? 6. Is it cheaper then to customize or migrate (for example to woo-commerce.) Thank you for your consideration.
