Redesign Open Source Software

I want to redesign an open source software to make it web-based, improve its UI, add admin controls, and connect it to my website. The project involves significant software development and redesign tasks, requiring experience in web technologies and software development. The software is LeoCAD. It is a Lego brick-builder software and what I'd like is that the user can create a product on the browser and get that ordered to them. To do this, I'd need this software to be turned into a web application instead and that the UI of the software looks more appealing. Furthermore, I'd like to add an admin panel which records how much bricks are available so that it is suitable for selling and as such and that which bricks can be chosen so i can add bricks and remove them.
