Title: Figma Designer Who Vibe Codes (Design → Live Site) - Long-Term, Animation-Focused Category: Web Design / Front-End Development Type: Hourly or Fixed (open to either) - Part-time to start, with room to grow into ongoing work About the role We're Ecom Maven, a boutique animation-first web agency. We design and build custom-coded, motion-heavy websites for clients across e-commerce, luxury, hospitality, and wellness. We're an in-house team and we're looking to add a designer who can take a concept all the way from Figma to a living, breathing site - and who uses AI coding tools fluently to get there fast. This is not a "hand off the Figma and walk away" role. We want someone who designs it, then vibe codes it. What you'll do Design clean, editorial, cinematic layouts in Figma (desktop + mobile) Translate your own designs into working front-end code using AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, etc. - whatever you're fastest in) Build with HTML/CSS/JS, and ideally some familiarity with our stack (GSAP, Webflow, Shopify, Three.js a plus) Iterate quickly based on feedback - we move fast and care a lot about polish Collaborate async with our PM and the rest of the team You're a great fit if you: Have a strong portfolio that shows both design taste AND shipped, working sites Actually enjoy vibe coding and can show us something you designed and then built this way Understand motion and micro-interactions (scroll animation, hover states, transitions) Communicate clearly in English and are comfortable working async Are based in the Philippines and available during some overlap with US Eastern hours Nice to have: GSAP ScrollTrigger / Lenis smooth scroll experience Shopify or Webflow builds An eye for high-end, brand-driven aesthetics (not generic templates) To apply, please include: Your portfolio (Figma + live sites you've built) One example of something you designed in Figma and then vibe coded yourself - tell us which AI tools you used A one-line answer: what's your favorite tool for going from design to code, and why? Applications without a portfolio and the vibe-coding example won't be reviewed. Looking forward to seeing your work.
