Coding Instructor

Profile: Coding Instructor || Indonesian Natives || Freelancing About the Role We are looking for a Coding Instructor (Indonesian Native Speaker) to join our team on a freelance, remote basis. The ideal candidate should have strong programming knowledge, excellent communication skills in Indonesian, and experience teaching or mentoring students, professionals, or online learners. Key Responsibilities ● Conduct online coding classes for students of different age groups. ● Teach programming concepts in a simple, engaging, and interactive manner. ● Deliver lessons in- Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Scratch, AI & Robotics, and Game Development. ● Create and adapt lesson plans, coding exercises, and project-based activities. ● Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. ● Support students in completing coding projects and assignments. ● Encourage problem-solving, creativity, and logical thinking. ● Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Minimum 1 year of experience as a Coding Instructor, Coding Teacher, or STEM Educator. ● Strong knowledge of: ○ Python ○ JavaScript ○ HTML/CSS ○ Scratch ○ AI & Robotics ○ Game Development ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners and young learners. ● Experience conducting online classes is preferred. ● Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
