Need Frontend Developer/UI Designer to Polish Portfolio Website + Create 3–4 Pages

I'm looking for a skilled **Frontend Developer** with a good eye for UI to help complete my personal portfolio website. The homepage and one case study page are already built using **HTML, CSS and JavaScript**. I'll provide the existing code, design references, and content.
