React Native + GIS/AR Developers

We're looking for a reliable development team to act as a second layer alongside our existing engineers, taking on overflow work across development, testing, and release. Our product is a geospatial AI platform with a ReactJS web application and a React Native mobile app built on sophisticated geospatial algorithms, augmented reality (AR), and machine learning (ML). We need a partner who can ramp up quickly, work to our standards, and move complex work forward without heavy hand-holding. What you'll work on Feature development on the React Native mobile app (primary focus) and the ReactJS web app Implementing and optimizing geospatial algorithms, AR, and ML-driven features Working with CAD, GeoJSON, and KML data on mobile, with a strong focus on performance Testing and release support in coordination with our in-house team Requirements Proven experience building AR and GIS / geospatial applications Strong React Native and ReactJS expertise Hands-on experience handling CAD, GeoJSON, and KML files on mobile Demonstrated mobile performance optimization (large geospatial datasets, rendering, etc.) Daily working-hours overlap with US Eastern Time through at least 4:00 PM EST Nice to have ML model integration on mobile Track record taking over or unblocking complex / stalled codebases To apply, please include 2–3 relevant projects (AR and/or GIS, ideally with mobile + geospatial data) Your team size and time zone A short note on how you'd approach optimizing KML/GeoJSON/CAD data on React Native
