Experienced Backend Developer Needed for Real Estate Platform Enhancement

Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our team and help us enhance the Practice-MLS platform, a leading real estate management and lead generation system. Our goal is to build scalable, secure, and efficient backend services that support advanced features such as AI integrations and Blockchain technology. About the Project: The current platform is built with a modern web framework supported by a robust backend architecture. We are now looking to extend its capabilities by incorporating AI modules (predictive analytics, chatbots, recommendation engines) and Blockchain functionalities (transaction management, smart contracts, decentralized storage). Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing these features seamlessly into our existing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize backend services using frameworks such as Node.js (Express/Koa), Python (FastAPI/Django), or similar. Design and implement APIs to connect AI modules and Blockchain features. Ensure all backend processes adhere to security best practices, including data encryption, user authentication, and compliance with regulations like GDPR. Optimize database queries, API response times, and server load handling to support real-time AI processing and Blockchain transactions. Collaborate with frontend developers, AI/Blockchain specialists, and other team members to design clear, well-documented APIs. Suggest improvements to system architecture for better scalability and performance. Qualifications: Proven experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, or similar). Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and database management (SQL and NoSQL). Hands-on experience with deploying secure, scalable backend services. Familiarity with AI model deployment and Blockchain protocols is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive communication. Preferred Skills: Experience with real estate or SaaS platforms.
