We are seeking a skilled drafter to assist with construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating detailed drawings and plans for various construction projects. Responsibilities include drafting architectural and engineering plans, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Familiarity with CAD software is essential. I just bought a new house and have a 2-car garage and attached office that I would like to get permitted so I can build a roughly 600 sq ft 1-bedroom addition. I need assistance with obtaining the necessary permits for this project. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and engineering to ensure compliance with local regulations.
