Send order confirmation and shipping updates. Ensure WhatsApp Business messages are compliant and deliver correctly. Support opt-in and opt-out keywords. Reporting & Analytics OpenCart: Promotion usage, redemption rate, revenue. Mailchimp: Open/click rates for each campaign. Combine Mailchimp and OpenCart data for ROI tracking. Ensure data export to CSV works. Performance, Security & Misc No slowdowns or PHP/JS errors. Backups tested. Credentials changed after completion.
