ERP & AI Automation Architect (Odoo) – Industrial Manufacturing & E-Commerce

This is not a standard Odoo implementation. We're looking for someone who can architect an integrated business platform — connecting ERP, warehouse operations, RFID inventory tracking, accounting, e-commerce, manufacturing, and AI-powered automation into one scalable system. The project begins with a paid Discovery & Architecture phase, followed by implementation in multiple stages. CURRENT TECHNOLOGY STACK - Odoo ERP - Shopify - Amazon - eBay - QuickBooks - Monday.com - Slack - Gmail / Google Workspace - Make.com - RFID inventory technology - Barcode scanners - Warehouse operations SCOPE OF WORK Phase 1 — Discovery & Architecture - Review existing business workflows - Audit current software systems - Analyze warehouse operations - Review existing Make.com automations - Evaluate RFID workflows - Design overall ERP architecture - Create a phased implementation roadmap - Recommend best practices and technology improvements Phase 2 — ERP & Integrations Configure and integrate Odoo with: - Shopify - QuickBooks - Monday.com - Slack - Gmail - Make.com - Third-party APIs Build reliable, automated data flow between sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, shipping, and accounting. Phase 3 — RFID & Warehouse Automation Integrate RFID technology into warehouse operations, including: - Receiving - Inventory tracking - Bin locations - Picking - Packing - Shipping - Manufacturing - Cycle counting - Real-time inventory visibility Phase 4 — AI Automation Implement AI-powered workflows across the business, including: - Customer service automation - Sales assistance - Purchasing automation - Inventory forecasting - Internal knowledge assistants - Reporting and dashboards - Email automation - Document processing - Workflow orchestration - AI agents We welcome your recommendations on implementation order, architecture, and best practices. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Strong Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and administration experience - Python development - PostgreSQL and SQL databases - REST APIs and webhooks - Shopify integrations - QuickBooks integrations - Make.com, Zapier, or n8n - Inventory management and warehouse operations - Manufacturing workflows - API architecture - AI/LLM integration experience PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - RFID systems and hardware integration - Industrial manufacturing - Multi-location warehouse operations - Amazon and eBay integrations - Shipping software - CRM automation - Purchasing and inventory forecasting - AI agents and workflow orchestration WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for a senior technical partner who understands business operations — not just software development.
