Website Developer for SaaS Marketing Site (AI/Data Platform)

I need a developer or small team to build a marketing website for an AI-driven SaaS platform. The site will introduce our company and two upcoming products, with data analytics and tracking features as a core part of the value proposition. This is Phase 1 only: a polished, responsive marketing/informational site. No user accounts, no login, no backend application logic, and no live product functionality are required at this stage — just lead-capture forms (waitlist signup, contact/demo request). The site should be built with future expansion in mind, since Phase 2 (handled separately, likely by a different team) will add user authentication, dashboards, and core product features. To support that, please architect the site so it can be cleanly extended later — e.g., a separate subdomain for the future app, rather than something deeply intertwined with the marketing pages. Scope: ~7 pages (homepage, two product pages, about, partnerships/use-case page, resources, contact) Fully responsive, fast-loading, basic SEO setup Lead-capture forms wired to a simple service (Formspree, Mailchimp, Airtable, etc. — open to your recommendation) Clean, professional design (we'll provide brand colors, logo, and copy) Ownership terms: Client owns the domain and will provide hosting/repo access (e.g., our GitHub org) — please build/deploy under our accounts, not yours All code and design assets are work-for-hire; full IP ownership transfers to the client upon payment.
