Web Developer — Quote Web-App + Make.com/CRM Integration (Not a Design Job)

We need a working quote web-app, not a brochure site. Three parts: "Please answer the two screening questions — applications that skip them won't be considered." Staff quote screen — a rep enters customer info (prefilled by an ID number from a data sheet), which calls our pricing API and captures the result. Public self-service forms — an instant-quote form plus service-request forms (certificate requests, change requests, claims) that submit into our CRM (GoHighLevel) as tickets. Integration — all connections route website → Make.com → pricing API → CRM. No direct webhooks. Reps use only the website (no CRM login). The visual build is simple; the integration is the real work. Mobile-responsive, SSL. Must have: full-stack (front + back), REST API/webhook integration, form-to-API data flow. Nice to have: GoHighLevel, Make.com, FastAPI.
