Offline Conversion Tracking Automation Software

I have an explanation of how we need this software tool (SAAS Product) built below. In short, we need to combine data from multiple online sources (accounting softwares, CRM's, tracking programs), and marry them together to create one single conversion stream that can be sent to our customers AD platform in real time. Zapier should be used for all of the connections (as much as possible), and Bigquery for handling the data marrying. See attached for a full explanation of what we need done for the MVP.
