PHP Developer for PHIPPA/PIPEDA Portal

We are seeking a PHP developer to build a portal for admins and therapists. The portal will match clients with therapists based on schedule, service, and postal code. The project will also allow therapists to log their hours and generate invoices based on logged hours, as well there will be a section for a waitlist of clients. The software must be able to connect with (API) Zoho CRM and Zoho Books and possible our CC Processor (Converge) that has an API as well! The project requires compliance with PHIPPA and PIPEDA regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development and a strong understanding of privacy compliance. Note: We already have a fully functional version that was created with PHP a while back and has been updated along the way!.
