Full scripts and shot lists are provided for every video, so you focus entirely on delivery and filming. No editing required — we handle all post-production. We're casting three distinct creator profiles below. You only need to fit one. Please tell us which one you're applying for in your proposal. The Three Profiles Profile A — The Credible Educator (45+) Articulate, trustworthy, "measured expert" energy. You read as someone people believe — think seasoned professional, educator, or active retiree, not a hype influencer. Tone is calm, science-first, and transparent. Comfortable delivering research-led talking points with zero gimmicks. Profile B — The Candid Storyteller (24–35) Real, relatable, and unafraid to be honest on camera. You can speak openly about personal experience in a way that feels vulnerable and genuine, never preachy or salesy. Tone is raw and empathetic — like talking to a friend who gets it. Profile C — The Grounded High-Performer (28–45) Polished, articulate, founder/operator energy. You come across as driven and aspirational but down-to-earth — LinkedIn-adjacent, calm-confident, the picture of "performance without the burnout." Clean delivery, professional presence. Deliverables & Pay 7 UGC videos per creator delivered as follows: (2,2,2,1) weekly delivery. $550 per creator (flat) Full scripts and shot lists provided for every video Raw footage only — no editing needed How Payment Works Each contract is structured in two milestones for a smooth, low-risk start for both sides: Four milestones, paid per weekly batch: Week 1 — Milestone 1 (2 videos): $155 Week 2 — Milestone 2 (2 videos): $155 Week 3 — Milestone 3 (2 videos): $155 Week 4 — Milestone 4 (1 video): $85 Funds are deposited into Upwork escrow upfront, so you're protected and know payment is secured before you film.
