Long-Term Full Stack Developer for Premium Romanian Web Agency

Long-Term WordPress / Next.js Developer Hello, My name is Claudiu and I'm the founder of Digitera, a digital agency based in Romania. I'm looking for one reliable developer to work with on a long-term basis. Digitera focuses on building modern websites for local businesses. My role is to find clients, manage projects and handle all communication with customers. I'm looking for someone who enjoys development and wants to become a trusted technical partner as the agency grows. This isn't a one-time project. My intention is to build a long-term collaboration. What we build Most of our work includes: Landing Pages Business Websites WooCommerce Stores As the agency grows, we'll also expand into automation, AI integrations and digital marketing. Your role For every project you'll receive a complete project brief. Your responsibility is to deliver a production-ready website. Typical tasks include: WordPress or Next.js development Responsive implementation WooCommerce when required Contact forms Basic SEO setup Mobile optimization Performance improvements Testing before delivery Occasionally I may also ask you to: Create a professional business email account Configure forms Complete basic integrations I take care of hosting, deployment, domains, project management and communication with the client. Payment Payments are made in two stages. The first payment is sent immediately after I receive the client's advance payment. The remaining payment is sent immediately after I receive the client's final payment. I always pay on time. Typical budgets Landing Pages €100–200 Business Websites €250–400 WooCommerce Stores €400–700+ The final budget always depends on the complexity of the project.
