Full-Stack Developer Needed for Elite Matchmaking Platform (MVP Build)

I am looking for a web developer (or small team) to submit a proposal for building out the core backend and dashboard functionality for Jalebi, an elite matchmaking platform. We currently have a live marketing landing page and baseline design established (which you can view here: https://papaya-yeot-4e7173.netlify.app/). We are now ready to build out the functional application layer behind it. Below is an overview of the core scope of work we need quoted. Project Overview & Core Scope We are breaking this build into specific functional phases. The goal is to build upon our existing frontend foundation and style all new features to match the design already in place. 1. Foundation & Member Intake - Authentication: Secure user registration, login, and password reset functionality. - Intake Form: A multi-field registration form capturing demographic and preference data (age, gender, location, profession, tier selection, etc.). - Approval Gate: New profiles must default to a “pending” status and remain locked out of the member dashboard until manually vetted and approved by our admin team. 2. Admin Dashboard & Content Management - Applicant Management: A login-protected portal for our team to view, page through, search, and filter applicants by intake criteria. - Status & Notes: Ability to update user statuses (pending, active, paused, declined) and add private, internal-only team notes to profiles. - Access Control: A simple admin toggle to mark a member as “paid” to unlock their specific tier benefits. - CMS Capabilities: Simple database-driven editing fields to update specific landing page copy (hero text, testimonials, FAQs) without code changes. - Events Management: Ability to create/manage localized events displayed on the site, with RSVP/payment buttons linking out to external platforms (e.g., Luma, Eventbrite). 3. Member Dashboard & Match Delivery - User Portal: A private dashboard for approved, logged-in members to view their profile status and active match cards. - Tiered Gating: Dynamic interface changes based on user tier (Free vs. Premium tiers). - Media & Feedback: Secure photo upload capability (visible only to the user and the admin team) and a basic mechanism to request profile feedback. 4. Scheduling Integration - Integration of an external scheduling tool (like Calendly) directly embedded into the member area for booking consultations and monthly check-ins. Out of Scope (For a Later Phase) To keep the initial launch lean, the following features are explicitly excluded from this round and will be handled manually via third-party tools or built later: - Fully integrated, automated in-app payment processing (Phase 5). - In-app realtime member-to-team messaging (Phase 6).
