Front-end Developer for website

We need a front-end developer to build a luxury-styled website with a clean, well-structured front-end by different skills; React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, CSS, Animation, HTML,.. (The design is already designed on Figma but we will make some changes and we need it to be HTML with animation.) The finished site must: . Stay fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop . Include polished interactive elements that elevate the user experience . Feature smooth, lightweight animations implemented with best-practice CSS or JavaScript techniques All code should be modular, well-commented, and easy for me to extend later. Once the pages look and behave exactly as designed, hand over the source files and a brief read-me explaining folder structure, build steps, and any libraries used. Pixel-perfect accuracy, fast load times, and cross-browser consistency will be the acceptance criteria for final sign-off.
