n8n Automation for sales phase (Diagnosis & Quotation)

Project Overview We are M&Q consultancy Ltd. We are looking for an experienced n8n automation specialist/company to build a complete automation pipeline for our internal Diagnosis & Quotation sales phase workflow. Kindly check attached documents for detailed information. ________________________________________ What You Will Build A 19-module automation pipeline covering the full client diagnosis and quotation workflow, including: - Document intake via online form (Google Forms / MS Forms) with webhook trigger into n8n - AI-powered document classification using Claude API (Arabic + English support) - Automated document validation with resubmission loop and 24-hour reminders - OneDrive folder creation and file routing matching existing naming conventions - Analyst email notifications with reminder scheduling (credit analyst + AI engineer) - Python scraper integration — existing script wrapped as REST API, called by n8n - Bilingual client forms (Arabic/English) for governance questionnaire and execution history - Completion detection logic across 4 parallel diagnosis paths with Office Script buttons - CEO notification and quotation trigger via Office Script button in Excel - Dual-scenario grade logic (worst-case / best-case) and quotation PDF generation - CEO approval loop (reply "Approve" / "Revise" via email) - Full Airtable pipeline dashboard — auto-updated by n8n at every stage transition Deliverables 1. All 19 modules live and tested in our n8n instance 2. Complete technical documentation (architecture, integrations, APIs, environment variables, credentials placeholders) 3. Deployment and recovery procedures (n8n JSON exports, step-by-step recovery for every failure scenario) 4. AI Engineer handover documentation (independent maintenance without original developer) 5. Video walkthrough — minimum 90 minutes, chaptered and timestamped, delivered as MP4 via OneDrive 6. Final handover session — minimum 2 hours live screen-share with our AI Engineer ________________________________________ Timeline & Budget - Timeline: 10–15 working days - Payment: Milestone-based (4 milestones + UAT sign-off). - Late penalty: 1% of contract value per calendar day of delay - Post go-live support: 30 calendar days from UAT sign-off Please submit your fixed-price proposal with a breakdown by milestone. ________________________________________ Who We Are Looking For Required: - Proven hands-on experience with n8n (self-hosted, production deployments) - Experience integrating Microsoft 365 / OneDrive / Office Scripts via n8n - Experience with REST API integrations (webhooks, HTTP request nodes) - Ability to work with Arabic-language documents and file names - Strong documentation skills — this is a condition of final payment Preferred: - Experience with Airtable as an n8n target - Experience with Claude API or similar LLM API integrations Please include in your proposal: 1.
