Proptech AI Assistant Proof of Concept

I need help building a Proof of Concept for a proptech / building automation AI assistant. The goal is to create a chat-based web application where property managers, facility managers and technicians can ask questions about building systems, alarms, trends, sensor data and technical documentation. I already have a frontend concept/prototype and need help turning it into a working MVP/PoC. The first version should be read-only. It should analyze and explain data, documents and system information, not control or change any building automation systems. The work includes full-stack development, backend/database setup, AI/LLM integration, document search/RAG, API integrations, secure login and basic system architecture. Experience with AI applications, SaaS products, API integrations and secure B2B web applications is important. Experience with IoT, proptech, building automation, energy systems or industrial systems is a strong plus.
