Full-Stack Flutter Mobile Developer (Node.js Backend)

We're building a mobile application (Flutter front end, Node.js/Express + MongoDB backend) and need an experienced full-stack developer to align the app to new high-fidelity Figma designs and deliver the remaining phases of our roadmap. The app is partially built - core foundations are in place. Your job is to bring it up to spec against the new designs and ship the outstanding features. Scope: - Refactor existing Flutter screens to match new high-fidelity Figma designs (pixel-accurate) - Build out remaining roadmap features across mobile and backend - Work across the stack: Flutter (GetX, go_router, Hive, Socket.IO) and Node.js (Express, MongoDB/Mongoose, Stripe, Firebase, AWS) - Maintain clean, tested, production-ready code You should have: - Strong commercial Flutter experience with shipped apps (please share links) - Solid Node.js/Express backend skills, including - REST and real-time (Socket.IO) - A genuine eye for design fidelity — able to translate Figma precisely - Clear communication and the ability to work independently against a roadmap AI Assisted Workflow: Claude Code and/or Codex must be an established, intrinsic part of your daily workflow, and have been for some time. This isn't "I've tried it once" - we want someone who is fluent with agentic coding tools and ships meaningfully faster because of them.
