Leave Management System for our team of 10 employees.

I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a Leave Management System for our team of 10 employees. We already have a working prototype; I will share it with you so you can see exactly what we need. We need it turned into a real, deployable web app. What needs to be built: - Employee login with role-based access (Employee / Line Manager / Admin) - Leave request form with 8 leave types (Annual, Casual, Sick, Compensatory, Maternity, Paternity, WFH, Special) - Auto workday calculation — excludes weekends and Pakistan public holidays - Manager approval/rejection workflow with status tracking - Dashboard, leave balance tracker, quota progress, calendar view - Team overview for line managers (MSS) - Email notifications on submission and approval Tech stack preference: React frontend, Node.js + Express backend, PostgreSQL database. Open to alternatives if you can justify it. What I expect from you: - Fixed-price bid only, no hourly - Share similar projects you have built (leave management, HR tools, or similar) - Realistic timeline: I would rather have it done properly in 7 weeks.
