React Native Developer - Real Estate App with Construction Tracker & Live Camera Streaming

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build a real estate app for an Indian market client. The app will be used by customers purchasing land plots and tracking the construction of their homes. What the app needs to do: 1. Land Requirement Capture - Customer fills a form with plot size (e.g. 150 Sq.Yds.), preferred location, and budget - Submissions go to an admin panel managed by the client's team - Admin panel to manage leads, listings, and customer accounts 2. Construction Progress Tracker - Each customer sees daily/milestone updates for their specific project - Updates include text, photos, and short videos posted by site supervisors - Structured milestone system (Foundation → Walls → Roofing → Handover) - Push notifications for new updates 3. Live Camera Streaming - Customers tap a camera icon to view a live feed of their construction site - IP cameras already exist at sites — hardware is handled separately - Feed must be secure — each customer sees only their own site - Recorded playback may be required (TBD after site assessment) 4. User Roles - Customer — view only, their project and their feed - Site Supervisor — post updates, photos, videos - Admin — manage all projects, users, and listings Tech requirements: - Cross-platform: iOS + Android (React Native or Flutter preferred) - Backend: Node.js or equivalent, hosted on AWS - Admin panel: Web-based - Live streaming: AWS Kinesis Video Streams, Mux, or equivalent - Authentication, push notifications, secure role-based access control Scope of work includes: - UI/UX design - Frontend (iOS + Android) - Backend + database - Admin web panel - Live streaming integration - App Store + Play Store submission - 30 days post-launch support What we need in your proposal: 1.
