Full-Stack Developer for AI Studio
Worldwide
We're a handcrafted venture studio that builds and scales creator-led brands — products, apps, physical goods, the lot. We work with a small number of elite creators and run lean, which means everyone here is close to the actual building. We're AI-native by default: agents, automation, and custom tooling are baked into how we work, not bolted on. We're looking for a full-stack developer who can take an idea from blank file to shipped product — and who cares about how the thing feels, not just whether it runs. The role You'll work directly with the founder and own real builds end to end: marketing sites, web apps, mobile apps, and the AI tooling that powers our studio. This isn't a ticket-shop dev role. You'll have a genuine say in how things get built and the freedom to do it properly. If you ship fast, sweat the details, and would rather build the system than do the task twice, you'll fit. What you'll do Build and ship full-stack web and mobile products from scratch Craft high-end, interactive front-ends — motion, polish, the kind of work people screenshot Develop and integrate AI tooling and automations into products and internal workflows Wire up APIs, databases, and third-party services cleanly Own projects end to end: architecture, build, deploy, iterate Spot what's slowing us down and build the thing that fixes it Who you are Strong full-stack developer comfortable across front-end and back-end Fluent in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a framework or two (React, Next.js, or similar) An eye for design and interaction — you care how it looks and feels, not just that it works Self-directing — you can own a build without hand-holding Fast, pragmatic, and unbothered by ambiguity Clear communicator who works well async across UK hours Nice to have Mobile experience (React Native, Flutter) Interactive / creative web (WebGL, Rive, Three.js, Webflow) Building with LLMs — Anthropic API, Claude Code, MCP, agents Automation platforms (Make, n8n) A portfolio or GitHub that shows things you've actually shipped What you'll get Direct access to the founder and the inner workings of a fast-moving studio Real ownership and the freedom to build your way Work on products that ship and get used, not features that die in a backlog A role that grows as you do — this can become something much bigger for the right person How to apply Apply with your CV and links to things you've built — GitHub, live products, side projects, whatever shows what you can do. Send the work first; we read that before anything else.
