AI Developer Needed to Fully Automate Custom Dental Grill Design & 3D Printing Workflow

I’m looking for an experienced AI/software developer to build an end-to-end automated system for my custom dental grill business. Currently, we take a 3D scan of a customer’s teeth, manually design the grill in CAD, and then export the file for resin 3D printing. I want to eliminate the manual design process entirely using AI and automation. The goal is that once a customer’s teeth are scanned, the entire workflow happens automatically with little or no human intervention. Desired Workflow Import a customer’s 3D dental scan. AI analyses the scan and identifies the teeth. AI automatically generates a perfectly fitting 3D CAD model of the grill based on predefined design rules. The software automatically prepares the model for resin 3D printing. The finished CAD/STL/3MF file is generated and optionally sent directly to the printer or print queue. The process should require minimal or no manual CAD work. Requirements I’m looking for someone with experience in: AI / Machine Learning Computer Vision 3D Geometry Processing CAD Automation Dental Scan Processing (preferred but not essential) Mesh manipulation Parametric CAD generation Python, C++, or similar languages APIs and workflow automation 3D printing workflows Experience with software such as: Blender OpenCascade MeshLab FreeCAD Rhino/Grasshopper Fusion 360 API NVIDIA Omniverse Point cloud or mesh processing libraries is highly desirable. End Goal The final system should produce production-ready grill designs directly from a dental scan, with consistent quality and accuracy, allowing us to scale production without relying on manual CAD designers. This is a long-term project. The successful freelancer may also continue developing additional AI features and automation tools for the business.
