The goal is to create an AI-powered system that can help with: Content planning Post creation and scheduling Replying to comments and messages Lead capture from social media conversations Basic customer support Performance tracking and reporting Suggesting content ideas based on audience engagement The AI agent should be able to understand the business, maintain a consistent tone, and support daily social media activity with minimal manual effort.
