About Us We are a cross-border e-commerce company specializing in essential oils, cosmetics, and body care products. We currently have an expert working on our team, but due to our expanding workload and the long-term nature of this role, we are looking to bring on an additional, highly efficient AI partner. Core Mission Your primary mission is to fully automate our current manual workflows using AI. We want you to optimize our processes so that team members across the globe can easily adopt these AI tools and workflows, and eventually, you will help train other colleagues to use them. Our current tech stack includes: Typemind, Claude, TypingMind (integrating multiple models), GPT, and Perplexity. Key Responsibilities 1. Supplier Sourcing: Utilize AI to identify and research potential global suppliers and manufacturers. 2. Influencer Marketing Automation: Use web scraping techniques to find influencers and leverage AI to automate outreach and follow-up emails. 3. Form Automation: Automate the process of filling out and submitting forms on various websites to reach out to vendors. 4. Customized Outreach: Use AI to draft highly customized emails tailored to different suppliers to secure better sourcing options. 5. Compliance and Certification Comparison: Use AI to research necessary product certifications and perform cross-country and cross-platform comparisons. 6. Quality Control: Implement multiple AI validation layers to ensure accuracy and independently troubleshoot issues. 7. Shopify Maintenance: Modify our Shopify store and optimize code-related elements (design skills are a plus but not mandatory). 8. Workflow Transformation: Communicate smoothly with team members to convert their slow, manual tasks into standardized, AI-driven processes. 9. Visual Deliverables: Generate Claude HTML files and mind maps to help our global team understand and adopt workflows quickly across different time zones. 10. Internal Portal Integration: Build a simple internal website to integrate SOPs, Google Sheets, and vendor contacts. Access must be restricted to company main domains and subdomains only. In short, if a task can be replaced by AI or a process can be optimized, we expect you to do it. You don't need a background in cosmetics or supply chain compliance, as long as you have sharp logic and advanced AI prompting and workflow skills, you can easily get up to speed within hours. What We Are Looking For 1. AI E-commerce Experience: Deep understanding of how AI applies to e-commerce sourcing and sales, with the ability to solve complex compliance and certification queries. 2. Versatile Problem Solver: We don't necessarily need a hardcore software engineer who writes overly complex code, we need someone with diverse, resourceful problem-solving skills. 3. Collaboration and Communication: Able to work independently but also eager to assist and guide colleagues. Communication is key, we need a team player, not a lone wolf. 4. Key Traits: Humble, polite, honest, and highly responsible. 5. Working Hours: Priority will be given to candidates who can work within the GMT-4 time zone, specifically 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM GMT-4. Compensation and Hours Short-term Trial: Initially paid on an hourly basis. If it's a good fit, this will transition into a stable, long-term position. Long-term Role: Stable monthly retainer starting from 400 USD, negotiable based on capability and experience. National holidays are off. The more manual processes you can eliminate with AI, the longer and more sustainable our partnership will be. Cosmetics Compliance. Please explain the compliance standards and signing requirements for Cosmetic PIF, Product Information File, and SA, Safety Assessment, in the EU, UK, and US. 3. Supply Chain Simulation. Suppose there are 5 essential oil suppliers from different parts of the world. Taking 30 scents as an example, use AI to simulate a scenario where these 5 suppliers have different prices, MOQs, Minimum Order Quantities, and plant origins. How would you make your sourcing decision? If you decide to split or cross-order, how would you logically arrange the shipping to the EU, UK, and US? 4. Logic and Mind Map.
