AI Website Builder For Internal Clients (Full Stack)

We're an SEO agency looking for a development team to build an internal AI-powered website builder. This will initially be used to quickly generate and manage websites for our own clients, with the goal of eventually scaling it into a standalone SaaS product. The core idea: users fill out a short onboarding form (business details, images, brand color, pages needed), AI generates a full website from it, and users can then edit the site through a three-pane dashboard -- page list on the left, live preview in the center, and an AI chat on the right for making changes conversationally. Full detailed documentation is attached, covering the entire product flow, technical requirements, and what's explicitly out of scope for MVP. Please review it in detail before applying.
