Rebuild a WordPress site on Elementor (it is currently a custom-built WordPress site)

My client has a custom-built website on Wordpress that currently requires a developer to make all content updates. We are seeking a skilled freelancer to rebuild our existing website using WordPress with Elementor, so my client can update content themselves. The site currently has probably 100 pages. Most of those will stay, though we may want to consolidate the navigation. We have all of the content required to populate the site. I don't envision a major redesign of the site. We are simply looking to have a similar look and feel to the site, just on a CMS that the client can manage themselves. The process will be: 1. Intro meeting with me (marketing leader) 2. Second meeting with one or two other team members 3. Kickoff (if we decide to move forward) The industry is ABA therapy and the organization has many locations across the US. It would be helpful (but not required) if you have some experience building sites for multi-location businesses.
