Senior AI Engineering Consultant (Claude Code / Codex / AI Agent Workflow)

I'm a non-technical founder building an AI education startup (BoostAI). The frontend already exists in React/TypeScript, but there is currently: no backend no database no authentication no AI integration no learning engine A previous senior engineer spent significant time preparing the repository for AI-assisted development. They created developer documentation, architecture guides, Claude Code skills, GitHub workflows and implementation rules so an AI coding agent can safely build the project. Unfortunately they are no longer available. I'm looking for a senior engineer who has experience using Claude Code, Codex or other AI coding agents to build production software. My goal is not to hire someone to write every feature manually. My goal is to use AI to write most of the code while a senior engineer supervises the architecture, reviews AI output, and helps me make technical decisions. What I need Initially I want someone to: Review the repository Read the handover documentation Understand the existing Claude Code setup Explain how the AI workflow is intended to operate Recommend improvements Help create an implementation roadmap After that I'd like ongoing support where: Claude Code (or Codex) implements features You review pull requests You improve prompts and workflows You fix architecture issues You mentor me through decisions You only write code manually when AI gets stuck The ideal candidate has experience with Claude Code OpenAI Codex AI coding agents Cursor Windsurf GitHub Actions React TypeScript Node.js Backend architecture AI products Success looks like I want an engineering workflow where: Founder (me) ↓ Claude Code / Codex ↓ Senior engineer reviews ↓ Merge ↓ Repeat Rather than paying a developer to manually write every line of code.
