AWS Full-Stack Developer for AI Procurement Workflow Platform

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help us build the MVP of an AI-powered hospitality procurement platform. Over the past year, we have developed a series of working prototype applications using modern vibe-coding tools. These prototypes demonstrate key workflows including operator dashboards, supplier analysis, procurement recommendations, CRM functionality and reporting. They are powered by a separate core AI processing engine. The next stage is to consolidate these individual applications into a single, production-ready SaaS platform hosted on AWS. Project Objectives The successful developer will help us transform our existing prototypes into a unified platform with a consistent user experience, robust architecture and scalable codebase. The platform should include: * Secure user authentication and role-based access. * Operator and supplier management. * Interactive dashboards and reporting. * CRM and workflow management. * Procurement analysis and recommendations. * API integration with our existing AI processing engine. * Clean, responsive UI and intuitive user journeys. * A scalable AWS architecture suitable for commercial deployment. Existing Platform We already have: * A core AI processing application. * Multiple prototype web apps demonstrating workflows and functionality. * Existing data models and business logic. * Clear product direction and customer feedback. This project is about bringing these elements together into one cohesive platform rather than starting from scratch. Technical Requirements We’re open to technology recommendations, but the solution should: * Be hosted on AWS. * Expose clean APIs for integration with our AI services. * Use a scalable database architecture. * Be modular and maintainable. * Follow SaaS best practices. * Support future feature expansion. Future Vision A key design principle is ensuring the platform is future-ready for an agentic AI overlay. While the MVP will focus on delivering excellent procurement workflows, the underlying architecture should support AI agents that can: * Analyse purchasing data. * Generate recommendations and insights. * Automate repetitive procurement tasks. * Guide users through workflows. * Trigger actions across different parts of the platform. * Interact naturally with users as intelligent procurement assistants. We are not looking to bolt AI onto the product later—we want an architecture that allows agentic capabilities to become a core part of the platform as it evolves. Ideal Experience We’re looking for a developer with experience building: * SaaS platforms. * Data-driven dashboards. * Workflow applications. * AWS-hosted systems. * API integrations. * AI-enabled products (desirable but not essential). Experience in hospitality, procurement or B2B software would also be advantageous. What Success Looks Like By the end of this project, we want a robust MVP that: * Unifies our existing prototype applications. * Integrates seamlessly with our AI processing engine. * Supports live customer workflows. * Provides a strong foundation for future product development and agentic AI capabilities.
