Full extended brief available to a potential developer I might award. Platform/marketplace - build the offer-control system (WordPress / HivePress). 1. Validation engine (connect and verify social accounts) [LIVE] Influencers and Hubs connect their social accounts to prove their real numbers and earn the ZOMZEY verified badge. 2. Offer composer - where an Influencer builds their pitch (deliverables, prices, message, timeframe, payout shown). 3. Offer cap per opportunity - auto-close a post at a set number of offers so job posters aren't swamped. 4. Star upgrade/ track-record system - reputation score built from completed deals. 5. Offer sorting - rank offers on the Pioneer's view by star, validated status and price. 6. Validated users-priority gate (dormant for now) - built now, switched on later when validation is real. 7. Pay-to-apply credits (dormant) - built now, switched on at volume. 8. Pioneer pause-offers toggle - Pioneer can temporarily stop new offers. 9. Anti-jam pieces - offer notifications, offer expiry, and withdraw/edit offer. 10.
