Senior WordPress Developer for agency partner (Elementor & ACF)

We are a digital marketing agency looking for an experienced WordPress developer to help us finish a client's business website. Our previous web developer had to step away for personal reasons, and the site is currently sitting on our staging server about 75% complete. The website is built using Elementor Pro, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), and custom post types to manage their service areas. We need someone to step in, review the current WordPress setup, and take this across the finish line. Your tasks will include: 1 Auditing the current plugin stack and removing unnecessary bloat. 2 Fixing mobile responsiveness issues on the Elementor templates (specifically the header and footer). 3 Writing some custom CSS/PHP to fix a filtering bug on the services page. 4 Implementing on-page SEO best practices before we push the site live. The ideal candidate is a true WordPress website designer and developer who understands both clean code and high-end UI/UX. We need someone reliable who can provide a short change log of all bug fixes. If this goes well, we have plenty of ongoing web development work.
