Summary

Our US TikTok Shop is live and the listings are set, so the next step for us is building out the affiliate and creator side. We need someone to set up our affiliate program properly, find creators who actually fit our products, and run the outreach and onboarding so we get people posting. That means shortlisting creators, sending offers, briefing them, and tracking who goes live and what performs. We want someone who does TikTok Shop creator and affiliate work regularly, not general influencer outreach across every platform. This is ongoing as we scale the creator base. If you have recruited creators for a TikTok Shop before, please share how you approached it.
