**Part-Time AI Automation Engineer Needed for Ad Performance Analysis System** We are an e-commerce brand looking for a part-time AI automation engineer to help us build an internal system for continuously analyzing our paid ads, ad transcripts, and performance data. The goal is to create a system that helps us understand why certain ads are winning, what patterns are showing up across our best-performing creatives, and how we can turn those insights into better creative strategy, market research, and new ad ideas. **What we want to build** We currently use tools such as Atria and AdsManage.ai for ad analysis and ad management. Atria allows us to view ads, transcripts, and creative performance data. We want to connect this data into an AI system that can regularly analyze our winning ads and generate useful insights for our team. The system should be able to: * Pull ad data, transcripts, and performance data from Atria, AdsManage.ai, or similar platforms via API * Identify winning ads based on performance metrics * Analyze the transcripts, hooks, angles, messaging, structure, and creative patterns of those ads * Summarize what the ad is showing, saying, and doing psychologically/strategically * Use those insights to conduct further market research * Identify customer pain points, objections, desires, mechanisms, and competitor angles * Generate clear strategic insights for our creative team * Potentially suggest new ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and testing ideas * Run on a regular schedule so our team receives updated insights continuously **We are not fully sure yet what the best stack should be** We are considering Claude API, OpenAI, OpenClaude, or other LLM/agent-based tools. We are looking for someone who can recommend the best setup based on reliability, cost, API access, and ease of maintaining the system. We do not need something overly complex at the start. A simple but reliable MVP is preferred. The first version could be a lightweight workflow that pulls data, sends it to an LLM for analysis, stores the results, and outputs a daily or weekly report in a useful format. **Potential outputs could include** * Google Sheet / Airtable dashboard * Notion database * Slack updates * Google Doc reports * Automated creative research summaries * Ad analysis breakdowns * Winning ad pattern reports * New creative testing suggestions **Ideal candidate** You should have experience with: * AI automation workflows * Claude API, OpenAI API, or similar LLM APIs * API integrations * Python, Node.js, or similar backend scripting * Building scheduled workflows or agents * Working with marketing/ad data * Structuring prompts for useful business outputs * Creating clean, maintainable automations * Bonus: experience with Meta ads, DTC/e-commerce, Atria, AdsManage.ai, Foreplay, Airtable, Notion, or Google Sheets integrations **Important** We are looking for someone who can think strategically, not just technically. The system should not simply summarize ads. It should help us understand what is working, why it is working, and how we can use that information to improve our creative strategy.
