Website Developer (Custom-Coded Website) – Ongoing Minor Content & Feature Updates

We are looking for an experienced web developer to provide ongoing support for our custom-coded company website. This is not a website redesign or rebuild. We require someone who can confidently work with an existing custom-coded website to make content updates, minor layout changes, bug fixes, and small feature enhancements as needed. Responsibilities - Update website text, images, and other content. - Add or remove pages when required. - Make minor design and layout adjustments while maintaining the existing website style. - Fix bugs and troubleshoot website issues. - Implement small custom features or functionality. - Ensure updates are responsive and compatible across major browsers. - Maintain website performance and code quality. - Communicate progress clearly and meet agreed timelines. Required Skills - Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience working with custom-coded websites. - PHP experience (if applicable). - Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools is an advantage. - Ability to understand and work within an existing codebase. - Attention to detail. - Good written English communication. Nice to Have - UI/UX awareness. - SEO best practices. - Website performance optimization. - Experience with Git/version control.
