Summary

Our US TikTok Shop catalog was recently optimized and is converting well, so the next step is building out the creator side. We need someone to run our affiliate program end to end: source and vet creators who genuinely fit our products, handle target invites and outreach, manage sample seeding, set commission structures, brief creators on the products, and track who goes live and what actually sells. We specifically want someone who does TikTok Shop affiliate and creator work day to day, not general influencer marketing across every platform. This is an ongoing role as we scale the creator base. In your proposal, tell us briefly how you take a creator from first invite to posted video.
