Kadence WordPress Developer for Kids' Party Site

We're rebuilding the website for our established kids-party entertainment business (14+ years, expanding from Sydney into Melbourne) and need a WordPress developer to build it in the Kadence theme + Kadence Blocks. This is an assembly-and-polish job, not design-from-scratch — we're providing everything: a pixel-level interactive prototype, a full written build brief, all page content, brand guidelines, logo and custom graphics. You'd be bringing it to life in Kadence. Scope: homepage + Sydney/Melbourne landing pages + core pages (packages, characters, about, FAQ, contact), a Melbourne/Sydney "choose your city" pop-up (Popup Maker), AIOSEO setup with local schema, embedding our existing booking tool via iframe, 301 redirects from our old site, and go-live. Analytics & tracking (must be set up and verified working): Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console (both cities), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking on key actions — enquiry-form submissions, "get instant quote" clicks and click-to-call. Please also configure a cookie-consent banner so we're privacy-compliant. All analytics accounts (GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager) must be created under our own Google account with you added as a user — not hosted in your account — so we retain full ownership. Non-negotiable: the finished site must be fully editable by our non-technical team in the native block editor — Kadence Blocks only, no page-builder lock-in, no hard-coded content, plus reusable Patterns and a short Loom walkthrough at handover. You must have demonstrable Kadence Blocks experience — please link 1–2 Kadence sites you've built. We'll share the full brief and prototype with shortlisted applicants.
