Full-Stack Developer for WordPress Site

I'm building Another's News, an AI news-empathy tool. I want a developer across a phased build, starting with phase 1 now and extending to later phases as the project grows. PHASE 1 (fixed-price): Build a 12-page marketing site in Elementor Pro on the Astra Pro theme (licenses owned). I have a full brief, an HTML homepage reference, assets, and a logo. Treat the HTML as a functional reference — I want your design judgment on the visual look, not a pixel copy. Primary CTA is an email interest-capture form. Migrate the site from WordPress.com Personal to self-hosted hosting as part of the job. Build it architected so a separate Next.js/Vercel backend can bolt on cleanly later. PHASE 2 (rough range only for now): the full functional tool as one unit — Google OAuth sign-in + a saved user profile + a minimal API that takes a headline + profile and returns a personalized dual-perspective AI result, with a browser extension (reads the headline off the page the user is viewing) as the first client. I have a working Next.js prototype of the AI logic on Vercel. Please give: a fixed-price quote + timeline for phase 1, a rough range for phase 2, and links to past work showing BOTH WordPress sites AND Next.js / OAuth / API work. Fixed-price for phase 1, not hourly.
