IG&FB Proactive Manager Needed To Create+Repurpose Content for AI Agency Niche (Personal Brand)

I built and ran a $3M coaching business before starting BeaverMind.ai, an AI automation agency helping coaches, consultants, and high-ticket service businesses install AI voice agents, CRM automation, and lead-qualification systems. We're already consistent on LinkedIn and (soon) YouTube. You'll never start from a blank page — every post starts from an existing LinkedIn post or YouTube video, or a brief I hand you directly. But I'm not looking for someone who just cuts clips and reformats captions. I want someone who looks at what we give you and thinks "here's how this actually performs on IG, here's the hook that gets the save, here's why this works better as a carousel than a Reel" — and tells me when they see it, not just after I ask. What you'll actually be doing: - Repurpose our LinkedIn posts and YouTube videos into Instagram/Facebook carousels, Reels, and posts — using what's currently working on each platform, not last year's playbook - Build original posts from briefs I give you when there's no existing source content - Write hooks and captions built for how people actually scroll IG/FB, not a copy-paste of the LinkedIn caption - Post at least once a day on average across IG+FB, scheduled via GoHighLevel - Flag what's working and what isn't — I want your read on performance, not just a posting log Why this role is more interesting than a typical repurposing gig: You're working with source material from someone who already built a real business (multi-7-figure) before this one, in a niche (coaching/consulting/agency owners) that's hungry for exactly this kind of content. If you've got a good eye for what makes an agency-owner or coach stop scrolling, this is source material you can actually do something with. What tells me you're the right fit: - You can show me repurposed content you're proud of, not just "did the task" - You understand why a hook works, not just how to write one - You've ideally worked with coaches, consultants, agency owners, or B2B service brands before — you get why "authority" and "call-booked" matter more than vanity likes - Bonus: GoHighLevel or other scheduler experience Proof of work I want to see: 1. 3-5 examples of content you've published into IG/FB — and one sentence on why you made the choices you did 2. A short Loom (1-2 min): who you are, and why you specifically should get this over everyone else applying 3. Realistic posts/week you can sustain long-term, not a number to win the bid Engagement: - Ongoing, part-time, ~1 post/day average IG+FB combined. - 2-week paid trial before a longer retainer.
