Own a book of enterprise sales campaigns and answer for its revenue. Not a coordinator role you build the campaigns, run the numbers, talk to the clients, and your results are measured in money collected, not tasks completed. SalesBlue is an AI-powered sales orchestration company running enterprise campaigns for banks, insurers, and telcos in Mexico and Spain. We charge success fees on collected revenue we win only when campaigns sell and customers keep paying. We're scaling from 5 to 20+ enterprise clients this year and hiring Account Performance Managers to own client campaign books end to end: hands-on operations, campaign performance, and client relationships in one seat. What you'll own: Build, launch, and operate sales campaigns in Onix, our AI campaign orchestrator funnel configuration, audiences, call scripts, payment-verification flows Your book's numbers: conversion, cost per policy, collected revenue, retention/persistency Call-script iteration and weekly tuning of AI + human agent performance Digital marketing on campaign traffic: landing pages, lead flows, segmentation Weekly performance reviews with enterprise client stakeholders you are the face of your accounts Diagnosing underperformance in the data and fixing it within days, not quarters You must have: 4–7 years owning performance in contact-center campaigns, CRM/performance marketing, insurtech/fintech growth, or telesales operations with a P&L or revenue number attached to your name Fluency reading funnels and cohort data; you live in dashboards, not slide decks Client-facing polish: you can defend a number to an enterprise stakeholder and keep the relationship healthy Professional Spanish AND English Hands-on temperament: you configure the campaign yourself, you don't delegate it Availability overlapping Mexico City or Madrid business hours Strong plus: insurance/bancassurance experience, collections operations, AI voice-agent tools (Retell, Vapi, Voiceflow), SQL. Not for you if: you've only managed teams and haven't opened a CRM or dashboard in years, or you need a stable finished product you'll operate an evolving platform that improves weekly, and breaking things and fixing them fast is part of the job. Growth path: contract-to-hire. Top performers convert to full-time pod leads owning a client portfolio with performance-based compensation tied to collected revenue.
