We are looking for a motivated, reliable Appointment Setter to contact dental clinics and schedule demonstrations for our sales team. You will NOT be selling or closing deals. Your sole responsibility is to book qualified appointments. ⸻ What We Provide * U.S. phone number and calling system * Verified dental clinic leads * Professional call script * Complete training * Ongoing coaching and support * CRM access Everything is provided. Your focus is making calls and scheduling qualified appointments. ⸻ Your Responsibilities * Call dental clinics throughout the United States. * Speak professionally with receptionists, office managers, and dentists. * Introduce our AI receptionist using our proven script. * Qualify interested clinics. * Schedule demonstrations on our calendar. * Record accurate notes and update the CRM after every call. ⸻ Requirements * Fluent English with clear pronunciation. * Friendly, confident, and professional phone manner. * Comfortable making outbound cold calls. * Reliable internet connection. * Quiet work environment. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Previous telemarketing or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required. ⸻ Campaign Goal This initial contract is for 100 hours. Our campaign objective is to schedule approximately 100 qualified appointments during the initial 100-hour campaign. We understand that results depend on lead quality, answer rates, and consistent effort. We provide the leads, phone system, CRM, script, training, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
