AI QA Engineer

We're building an Agentic platform for engineering organisations and are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to take ownership of testing and quality across the product. The core development of the platform is already complete. Your role will be to ensure every new feature meets a high standard before release, identify bugs, validate fixes, and help us continuously improve both overall platform quality and project health. This is more than simply testing tickets. You'll help ensure that new functionality integrates correctly with existing features, monitor overall quality across the platform, and work closely with developers to maintain a stable, production-ready product. Responsibilities Test new features and releases before deployment Create clear, detailed bug reports with reproducible steps Verify developer fixes and perform regression testing Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases Validate feature requirements and acceptance criteria Ensure overall platform quality remains high across releases Review project health and identify areas where quality could improve Work closely with developers, providing clear feedback on issues and new changes Help improve QA processes and testing workflows Required Skills 3+ years of Software QA / Testing experience Experience testing modern web applications Basic Linux knowledge Docker experience Python (strong knowledge) Experience with API testing Excellent attention to detail Strong written English Nice to Have Experience testing AI or LLM-based applications Understanding of embeddings, RAG or vector databases Experience with Git Test automation experience Familiarity with Agile/Scrum What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You should be comfortable working independently, prioritising your own workload, and taking ownership of quality. You'll be expected to proactively identify problems, communicate them clearly with our developer, and work as part of a small, fast-moving engineering team. Engagement 20 hours per week Remote Flexible working hours When Applying Please include: A summary of your QA experience. Any experience testing AI or LLM products.
