We are seeking a front-end developer to build Phase 1 of a small civic engagement website launching at a national conference. The project centers around an original work of art that serves as the entry point into a voter engagement initiative. Conference attendees will scan a QR code on a postcard featuring the artwork and be directed to a beautiful, mobile-friendly webpage that guides them through a simple participation experience. Scope of Work Build a responsive webpage that includes: Hero section featuring original artwork (artwork provided) Campaign title and messaging Artist statement and initiative description (copy provided) “Register or Verify Your Registration” call-to-action Integration with a participation form (Google Forms, Jotform, or Typeform) Redirect to a national voter registration resource Confirmation page or confirmation form for raffle entry Basic analytics setup Mobile-responsive design Deployment to a hosting platform We Will Provide All artwork All written content Branding direction User flow and project requirements Technical Skills HTML CSS JavaScript Responsive web design Experience integrating forms and analytics React or another modern front-end framework is welcome but not required. Timeline Approximately 10 days. Budget Fixed-price project. Future Opportunity This is the first phase of a larger initiative. The selected developer may have the opportunity to continue building additional pages and features as the project grows
