Video Production Brief Project: Corporate Explainer Video — Dedicated Fleet Outsourcing Deliverable: One (1) polished cartoon-style corporate explainer video Runtime: 30–45 seconds 1. Objective Communicate Fortigo's core concept: dedicated fleet outsourcing — customer-branded fleets powered by Fortigo. The customer sees their own branded fleet; Fortigo manages the drivers, vehicles, safety, technology, delivery execution, and fleet operations behind the scenes. Do not make the video feel like generic trucking footage. The central idea is customer- branded fleets, with the Fortigo reveal at the end. 2. Reference Videos Two videos from a US-based dedicated transportation firm in a very similar business. The final video should combine both concepts: 1. Concept explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdZz9Qn-yKI&t=3s 2. Truck branding variety: https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=wMmqLam1xFM&t=3s 3. Style & Tone Modern, clean, professional 2D or 3D cartoon animation Bright, corporate, friendly, high-quality Smooth transitions, upbeat background music, confident pacing Professional but approachable — Fortigo as a seamless dedicated fleet outsourcing partner 4. Assets Provided Logo artwork for the three fictional customer companies (see attached file: Video_company_logos.png ): Flow Pipe (industrial pipe distribution) EasyMix Chemicals (chemical distribution) Taste Plus Foods (food distribution) All three customer companies should appear fictional but realistic. 5. Characters & Vehicles The video follows three professional drivers starting their workday. Each represents a different dedicated private fleet customer. Driver Customer Company Dedicated Vehicle White male Flow Pipe 53-foot flatdeck truck with a Moffett forklift mounted at the rear Dark-skinned female EasyMix Chemicals Tractor and tanker trailer Brown male Taste Plus Foods Refrigerated straight box truck All trucks: professional, clean, safe, and well-maintained All drivers: confident, capable, and professional Each delivery vehicle is branded to match its customer company 6. Scene-by-Scene Breakdown Scene 1 — Morning Commute Three quick cuts showing each professional-looking driver commuting to work in their personal passenger vehicle: White male driver → Flow Pipe Dark-skinned female driver → EasyMix Chemicals Brown male driver → Taste Plus Foods Each person arrives at their respective distribution centre, parks their personal vehicle, and walks toward the facility. Scene 2 — Customer-Branded Start of Day As each person exits their personal vehicle, they put on a cap branded with the logo of the company they are serving: White male → "Flow Pipe" cap Dark-skinned female → "EasyMix Chemicals" cap Brown male → "Taste Plus Foods" cap Each then walks toward their dedicated delivery vehicle, branded to match the customer company (see vehicle table above). Scene 3 — Professional Fleet Operations Pre-trip safety checks: Flow Pipe driver: straps, tires, lights, and the Moffett EasyMix Chemicals driver: hoses, gauges, seals, tanker connections, and safety equipment Taste Plus Foods driver: reefer temperature, cargo area, liftgate, tires, and paperwork Loading activity at each facility: Flow Pipe driver assists with loading pipe and securing the load EasyMix Chemicals driver supervises the fill process, checks gauges, and confirms pre-delivery requirements Taste Plus Foods driver assists with loading refrigerated food products and confirms temperature control Scene 4 — Deliveries and Technology Each driver departs their distribution centre in their customer-branded truck and completes two deliveries to different customer locations: Flow Pipe: delivers pipe to construction and industrial job sites EasyMix Chemicals: delivers safely to industrial or manufacturing customers Taste Plus Foods: delivers refrigerated products to foodservice or retail customers At each delivery, the driver uses handheld technology to capture proof of delivery signatures, delivery photos, timestamps, and completion details. Visually show digital information flowing from the handheld device back to the customer's distribution centre and operations team in real time. Use simple animated data lines, checkmarks, dashboards, or icons to show delivery visibility, proof of delivery, and service confirmation. Scene 5 — End of Day Return Each driver returns to their respective distribution centre at the end of the day They park their delivery vehicles at the dock, complete a final check, and exit the trucks As they walk back to their personal vehicles, each driver removes the customer- branded cap worn during the day Each driver then puts on a Fortigo-branded cap — showing that behind each customer-branded fleet is Fortigo running the details Scene 6 — Fortigo Brand Close End with a clean Fortigo-branded screen Show the Fortigo logo with the tagline: "We Drive the Details." Supporting line underneath: "You drive your business forward. We run the fleet." Final visual: three customer-branded trucks briefly appear side by side, then subtly transition into the Fortigo brand — reinforcing that Fortigo operates dedicated fleets behind the scenes for many different industries 7. Voiceover Script (use verbatim) "Every morning, dedicated fleets hit the road under your brand. Your drivers. Your trucks. Your customers. Your standards. But behind the scenes, Fortigo is driving the details. From safety checks and specialized equipment, to loading, delivery execution, proof of delivery, visibility, and end-of-day fleet control, we manage the moving parts that keep your business moving. So whether it's pipe, chemicals, food, or anything in between, your customers see your brand at the door. And Fortigo keeps the fleet running behind it. Fortigo. We Drive the Details. You drive your business forward. We run the fleet." 8. Key Requirements Checklist Runtime 30–45 seconds Cartoon-style animation (2D or 3D), bright and corporate Three drivers, three customer brands, three matching branded trucks (correct vehicle types) Cap swap moments: customer cap on (morning) / customer cap off, Fortigo cap on (end of day) Handheld proof-of-delivery technology + real-time data visualization Fortigo logo, tagline, and supporting line in the close Three trucks side by side transitioning to the Fortigo brand as the final visual Upbeat music, smooth transitions, voiceover as scripted Avoid generic trucking footage feel
