We are a global software outsourcing company expanding our technical consultant network for the U.S. market. We’re looking for a Nigeria-based Technical Recruiter who can help us identify, contact, and screen experienced software engineering professionals for remote consulting opportunities. The role is best suited for someone with experience sourcing technical profiles such as: - Backend Engineers - DevOps Engineers - Data Engineers - Python Developers - C# / .NET Developers - Cloud Engineers You would be responsible for candidate outreach, initial screening, basic fit assessment, and maintaining pipeline updates. This is a remote contract / freelance role with a monthly retainer of $600–$1,000, depending on performance.
